Condition d'utilisation d'Espace formation

Une version des conditions d’utilisation est actuellement en élaboration. Les conditions ci-dessous s’appliquent de manière transitoire :

1. Matériel de la formation
   
   
   1. La formation ainsi que le matériel utilisé et fourni par la GRICS dans le cadre de cette formation sont la propriété exclusive de la GRICS et sont réservés au seul usage de la participante ou du participant ayant suivi cette formation, et ce, uniquement pour ses propres fins. Toute reproduction, mise en réseau ou diffusion, de quelque manière que ce soit, même partielle, est strictement interdite sans l’autorisation préalable et écrite de la GRICS. 
      
      
2. Enregistrement
   
   
   1. Les formations sont enregistrées et pourront être diffusées à la discrétion de la GRICS, par quelques moyens que ce soit, pour son usage interne, à sa clientèle ou pour tout autre usage commercial.
      
      
3. Services inclus dans une formation : la formation, la documentation lorsqu’elle est applicable, le service à la clientèle d’Espace formation.
   
   
4. Annulation
   
   
   1. Procédure d’encadrement des annulations si paiement d’avance : Pour annuler une inscription à une formation en présentiel ou à distance, prenez contact avec notre service de formation, à l'aide du formulaire Contactez-nous.
      
      
   2. Annulation des formations facturables : Les inscriptions annulées moins de cinq (5) jours ouvrables avant le début du cours seront entièrement facturées.
      
      
5. Le visionnement d’une formation en groupe n’est pas permis et celui-ci fera l’objet d’une facturation en fonction du nombre réel de participantes et participants.
   
   
   

Terms of use

A version of the terms of use is currently being developed, thus the following terms apply on a transitional basis:

1. Course materials
   
   
   1. The course and the materials used and provided by GRICS within the context of this course are the exclusive property of GRICS and are reserved for the sole use of participants, who have taken this course, for their own purposes. Any reproduction, publishing or distribution, in any way, even partial, is strictly prohibited without the prior and written consent of GRICS.
      
      
2. Recordings
   
   
   1. The courses are recorded and may be broadcasted at GRICS’ discretion, by any means, for its internal use, to its customers or for any other commercial use.
      
      
3. Services included within the course: training course, documentation when applicable, Espace formation customer service.
   
   
4. Cancellation
   
   
   1. Cancellation procedure for advance payments: To cancel a registration for an in-person or distance course, contact our training department using the Contact us form.
      
      
   2. Cancellation of billable courses: Registrations that are cancelled less than five (5) business days before the start of the course will be fully billed.
      
      
5. Viewing a course as a group is not permitted and will be billed according to the actual number of participants.
