Master all the steps necessary for the registration transmission to the Ministry-imposed compulsory and uniform examination.

Purpose of registration;
Subjects and examination definition;
Which examinations are to be transmitted;
Preparations in GPI,

Verification of the subjects official codes with descriptive data,
Pretransmission verification,
Extraction of the students and their subjects;

Preparations in JADE;
Retrieval of the students and their subjects;
Pretransmission verification;
Explanation of the principle of generation and transmission of the registrations for the examinations;
Steps of the transmission;
Follow-up of the transmission with the schools.

Prerequisites

Have a good knowledge of the functionalities in JADE.

Staff involved in the management of student records in the JADE system.
