Welcome to Espace formation : a GRICS website

Logging on to Espace formation provides access to preferred content reserved for the GRICS client base. Please take a minute to create your profile.

Your Espace formation account will let you :

Access self-service content (i.e. videos, training guides and self-directed training).
Register for various trainings.
Access your trainings.

Enjoy your visit!

Step 1

Click on the Microsoft logo and log in using your organization’s credentials. If you don’t have a Microsoft account, click on Contact us in the Help menu to let us create a user account for you. One of our team members will contact you shortly.

Step 2

Complete your profile by selecting your organization, institution and job category from the drop-down list. 

Step 3

Click on Save my profile.

Step 4

Check the I accept box, then click on the Next button to finalize the creation of your profile.

Step 5

You can now access Espace formation. A guided tour will introduce you to the platform’s main features. To view our upcoming training courses, select the Calendar menu. To view our training portfolio, click on Our trainings.
