Objective

At the end of the training, the learner will be able to use GPI's functionalities to optimize school communications to students’ responsible adult(s) through e-mails, text messages or robotized phone calls.

Description

This training is designed to deepen the learner's knowledge of massive absentee reporting or to communicate to specific groups within a school during events such as:

Snowstorm closure;
Special or extracurricular activities;
Distribution of report cards, timetables, or statement of accounts;
Inform responsible adults with balances to pay;
Transportation circuit changes or school bus delays.

In addition, a number of GPI functionalities will be taught, such as how to automatically report unjustified absences, issue general communiques and track communications.

Content

GPI architecture explanation;
Configuration of prerequisites;
Creation of communication messages;
Sending communications to responsible adults;
Reporting absences to responsible adults;
Tracking communications:

Listen to voice messages,
Justify absences,
Usage statistics.

Prerequisites

GPI - 000 - Introduction to the Interface or GPI - Student record training.

Targeted Clientele

School management;
School personnel responsible for implementing and recording absences;
Personnel involved in the management or implementation of pedagogical systems.
