GPI - Communication to Responsible Adults - EN (Web)

Objective

At the end of the training, the learner will be able to use GPI's functionalities to optimize school communications to students’ responsible adult(s) through e-mails, text messages or robotized phone calls.

Description

This training is designed to deepen the learner's knowledge of massive absentee reporting or to communicate to specific groups within a school during events such as:

  • Snowstorm closure;
  • Special or extracurricular activities;
  • Distribution of report cards, timetables, or statement of accounts;
  • Inform responsible adults with balances to pay;
  • Transportation circuit changes or school bus delays.

In addition, a number of GPI functionalities will be taught, such as how to automatically report unjustified absences, issue general communiques and track communications.

Content
  • GPI architecture explanation;
  • Configuration of prerequisites;
  • Creation of communication messages;
  • Sending communications to responsible adults;
  • Reporting absences to responsible adults;
  • Tracking communications:
    • Listen to voice messages,
    • Justify absences,
    • Usage statistics.
Prerequisites
  • GPI - 000 - Introduction to the Interface or GPI - Student record training.
Targeted Clientele
  • School management;
  • School personnel responsible for implementing and recording absences;
  • Personnel involved in the management or implementation of pedagogical systems.

    Cost
    • $157,50 per participant plus taxes
