Introduction to JADE and TOSCA system,

Particularities of the graphic environment,
Work session,
Overview of the menus;

Management of the student's file,

File search,
Identification, social data and addresses,
Registration form,
Frequentations,
Overview of other student activities;

Tables institution, schools/centres, subjects, programs;
Descriptive data,

Teachers, classrooms, calendars and timetable organizations;

Printer and work settings.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the Windows graphical environment;
Have access to JADE-TOSCA.

Targeted Clientele

Center staff responsible for student files, regardless of the type of clientele managed;
IT specialists involved in the management of implementation of systems intended for centers.
