By the end of this training, participants will be able to configure the parameters and tables in GPI in relation to attendance taking in Mozaïk-Portal.

Description

This training aims to explain the different steps to be carried out in GPI concerning the management of absences for primary and secondary clienteles. At the end of this training, you will be able to apply the prerequisites of GPI and use the different productions to optimize the management of absences in connection with the Teacher and Parent modules of Mozaïk-Portal.

Preparation of tables relating to the management of absences;
Absence management: input methods;
Consultation of absences according to specific criteria;
Management of Internet requests;
Accounting for absences;
Printing reports.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of GPI;
Basic knowledge of Attendance management in GPI.
