Objective

At the end of the training, the learner will be able to utilize GPI's functions related to the daily management of student records.

Description

This training is intended for the personnel responsible for managing student records using GPI. At the end of this training, the learner will be able to properly create student records and manage these records during the school year.

  • Links with other systems,
    • Ministry,
    • JADE,
    • Géobus,
    • Others;
  • Registration of a new student,
    • Nominative data,
    • Annual records,
    • Addresses and transportation;
  • Modification of a record;
  • Activation and deactivation of a student record;
  • Student record printing,
    • Labels,
    • Student directories,
    • Registration form,
    • Student cards;
  • Pre-transmission verification;
  • Security overview.
Prerequisites
  • To have completed the training  GPI - 000 - Introduction to the Interface.
Targeted Clientele
  • School staff responsible for student records.
Duration
  • 6 hours (2 blocks of 3 hours) 
    Cost
    • $300 per participant plus taxes
      Minimum of 5 participants required
